Returns & Exchange
We would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. So, if for any reason an item is not what you expected, it can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 21 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds, but are happy to replace any defective products. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Please note that an item will only be accepted for an exchange under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached. Unfortunately we will not accept any returns that are not in resalable condition.
- Full Price Items: You may return any full price item/s within 21 days of receiving it for a store credit. A store credit will be issued if we cannot offer a size exchange or suitable replacement at the time of return. Refunds are not available. The store credit will be to the value of your item/s and will exclude the cost of postage
- Please note we do not accept exchanges on sale Items, please choose carefully.
- Due to hygiene reasons we don't exchange & refund bibs, dummies, dinnerware, bottles, cups, teethers toys etc, please choose carefully.
- Please note all the exchanges are processed once a week on Tuesday.
- Customers who received the wrong product, faulty items are entitled to a refund or store credit. We are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or a full refund for faulty items. All claims are subject to our discretion. We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping for faulty and incorrect items. The refund for the cost of return shipping ( $8 ) will be issued once the original order items are returned to Ma Mer.
- Customers who ordered a product that is sold out are entitled to a full refund,
- Return postage is at the customer’s own expense unless the item is deemed as faulty or you were sent the incorrect item. Please include a prepaid Australia Post satchel in your return parcel.
- A note with order number included with the return.
- Due to the high volume of orders placed we cannot add items to your order, we cannot apply discount codes or make adjustments or cancel your order after it has been placed, please choose carefully.
- the discount codes cannot be combined.
Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges. Returns will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Replacements/exchange will not be shipped until the original order items are returned to Ma Mer.

- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should always send your parcel with a trackable shipping service or be purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All parcels are post as: Parcel post with tracking number.
STANDARD SHIPPING: Please allow 3-10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Order placed with express shipping are posted next working day. Delivery time depends on the location.
Pick-up is not available. Our products are dispatched directly from the warehouse.
